What is included:

  • 45-60 minute initial consultation

  • 2 x 45 minute follow-ups

What does it look like?:

  • Complete a tailored food diary based on your goals and health concerns

  • Small goals are made at each meeting to be trialed between this meeting and the next

  • At each follow up meeting we will take a look at how the previous weeks have gone and set another incremental goal to set you on your way.
