A combination of knowledge and headspace make a healthy relationship with food.

There are ultimately two tools that are required to eat optimally in day to day life, disease management, or to optimize training gains and performance:

1)     The ability to sense your body’s needs.  Many of us are disconnected with the needs of our bodies.  This tool is paramount, as each person is different and has correspondingly different requirements to prosper in a given situation.

 2)      The knowledge of how what you ingest is used in your body.  There is no shortage of recommendations around nutrition on the internet.  However, there is a serious lacking in evidence-based recommendations.  Peak Dietetics helps you sift through the misinformation surrounding nutrition to help you make evidence-based decisions.

By using the tools of knowledge and bodily awareness simultaneously you have the capacity to navigate your nutritional needs.
